Downtown Living Tour

The Louisville Downtown Management District (LDMD) will hold its annual Downtown Living Tour on Saturday, September 17th from 10am-5pm. The tour will showcase 10 units, including condos, apartments and lofts, and for the first time, 9 educational institutions will host open houses/tours during the event. Free shuttle transportation will be provided, and participants are encouraged to check-in at the lobby of the Brown & Williamson Tower, located at the corner of 4th Street and Liberty Street, to view future housing development displays and receive a swag bag containing a tour map and coupons for downtown restaurants and attractions. Also new this year is the addition of a Happy Hour at the conclusion of the day’s events from 5:00pm-7:00pm, which will be held at BBC Theatre Square, located at 660 S. 4th Street.
“This year’s event has been expanded to all of the wonderful downtown educational opportunities and restaurants, and by doing so we will give participants a true taste of the downtown living experience,” says Deb Delor, LDMD Executive Director.
