Republic Bank renews Premier Title Sponsorship of the First Friday Trolley Hop!
We are happy to announce that Republic Bank has renewed its Premier Title Sponsor of the First Friday Trolley Hop Program for 2013! Republic Bank’s sponsorship will help cover the cost of the free trolleys that take participants to various art galleries, restaurants, and shops along the Main and Market Street corridors and also support the marketing and promotion of the program. This generous sponsorship will develop new opportunities for the program that will continue to highlight downtown Louisville and promote its economic vitality.
What is the First Friday Trolley Hop?
The First Friday Trolley Hop is an art show, tourist attraction, street party and celebration of downtown Louisville that brings new visitors and new life to the Main and Market corridor. The Trolley Hop takes place on the first Friday of each month from 5-11pm, rain or shine. Most of the galleries close around 9pm but the restaurants, clubs, and shops stay open later. The trolleys run until 11pm.
The First Friday Trolley Hop is free and open to the public and can be boarded at any trolley stop along the route on Market and Main Street, between Campbell and 10th Street. Click here to view a map of the trolley route and parking options.

The Main/Market Street Trolley runs 5-11pm during the First Friday Trolley Hop, with stops departing and arriving every 15 minutes. FREE parking is available at Slugger Field, Main Street at Jackson, and the 4th St. Live! garage after 6pm. Free parking is also available on the street after 6 pm.
