The Downtown Development Corporation is a private sector, non-profit corporation representing the community’s civic and business leadership, responsible for planning for the long-term economic health and vitality of downtown.

Transit Authority of River City (TARC)   has been providing fast, easy transportation in and around the Greater Louisville area since 1974.
