The Board of Directors of the Louisville Downtown Management District meets on the Third Thursday of every odd-numbered month. All meetings are at 8:30 a.m. and are held in National City Tower, 19th floor conference room. National City Tower is located at Fifth and Main Streets.
The Executive Committee meets on the third Thursday of every even-numbered month. All meetings are at 8:30 a.m. and are held in the LDMD conference room, located on the fifth floor of the Brown & Williamson Tower at the corner of Fourth and Liberty Streets.
